After two months of operation, the Xom Chieu Ward Public Administration Service Center has processed more than 11,600 records, receiving the satisfaction of many people. This new model is gradually bringing professionalism and convenience.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Tam, Deputy Director of the Xom Chieu Ward Public Administration Service Center, said that from July 1 to August 25, the Center received and processed 11,606 out of a total of 12,068 records, reaching a rate of 96.17%. She also informed that only 3 records were delayed in the system because the staff had just become familiar with the software, but in reality, people had received the results on time.
According to Ms. Tam, the staff at the Center are mainly young, capable, enthusiastic and thoughtful people. "Up to now, we have not recorded any feedback or recommendations from people about the service attitude or the way the staff's documents are guided," Ms. Tam emphasized.

The professionalism and methodical approach of the new model has been clearly demonstrated, especially in the application of information technology. Of the total number of received records, 751 records were submitted online, showing that people have begun to get used to this form. The center has also fully equipped computers and sent a team of tour guides to support people to easily carry out procedures.
Mr. Nguyen Dinh Nam (residing in Xom Chieu ward) shared his true feelings about the change of the government: "I see the government as closer to the people, serving very wholeheartedly".

Talking about his personal experience when completing procedures to convert red books to pink books, Mr. Nam highly appreciated the convenience and speed of the new process. Although his documents did not meet the requirements at first, he was promptly instructed by the staff to edit them. "They handle it very quickly, I feel very convenient," said Mr. Nam.
The model of the Administrative Borderless Area Group also brought clear results. From August 1, the Xom Chieu Ward Public Administration Service Center became one of 38 units receiving administrative boundary documents of the city. This allows people to carry out many procedures such as extracting birth certificates, death certificates... in other wards right here, helping to save time and effort in traveling.

Ms. Pham Thi Phuong Yen, an officer of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction, shared that she was transferred to the Area Group to support the people. At first, receiving documents was difficult because the internet was not stable, but now everything is better.

"The spirit of the cadres is always to try to fulfill their tasks well, explain and guide enthusiastically so that people understand and show them support from the government," Ms. Yen emphasized. She also believes that, with close coordination between the parties, the new model will become more and more effective, bringing satisfaction to the people.
