The total amount of late payment of this group is more than 508 billion VND.

Specifically, there were 1,497 units that were late in paying for 3 to under 6 months, with an amount of more than 35.7 billion VND; 521 units were late in paying for 6 to 12 months, with an amount of more than 39.1 billion VND; 659 units were late in paying for more than 12 months, with an amount of more than 285.2 billion VND; 645 units were late in paying due to difficulties in collection due to dissolution, bankruptcy, suspension of production and business activities or the owner's escape, and have temporarily suspended interest calculation, with an amount of more than 147.9 billion VND.
In the administrative sector, there are 4 units that are late in paying, with a total amount of more than 0.5 billion VND, accounting for 0.11%.
According to Thanh Hoa Social Insurance, some enterprises are late in paying large sums of money, for a long time, although they have been urged many times, they have not yet recovered, causing the debt to continue to increase.
Typically: FLC Samson Golf & Resort Company Limited, has 346 employees, late in paying for 50 months, with an amount of more than 35.8 billion VND; Thanh Hoa Shipbuilding Industry Company Limited, has 43 employees, late in paying for 102 months, with an amount of more than 18.7 billion VND; Van Ha Garment Joint Stock Company, has 565 employees, late in paying for 16 months, with an amount of more than 11.9 billion VND; Lilama 5 - Bim Son Joint Stock Company, has 61 employees, late in paying for 63 months, with an amount of more than 9.6 billion VND; Vinastone - Ha Trung Group Joint Stock Company, has 31 employees, late in paying for 51 months, with an amount of more than 5.7 billion VND.
In addition, many enterprises have large amounts of late payment, few employees or have reduced all employees, although they have been inspected and checked many times, but have not yet been recovered.
Some notable cases include: Hancorp.2 Construction Joint Stock Company, 156 months late in paying, over VND 42.3 billion; Licogi 15 Joint Stock Company, 160 months late in paying, over VND 11.7 billion; Hoang Long Shipbuilding Industry Joint Stock Company, 146 months late in paying, over VND 8.4 billion; 838 Traffic Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, 186 months late in paying, over VND 7.2 billion; JLG Vina LLC, 64 months late in paying, over VND 6.3 billion; Song Chu Mechanical and Construction Joint Stock Company, 76 months late in paying, over VND 6 billion.
Some enterprises currently do not have trading offices or production and business activities in Thanh Hoa but still have large outstanding debts, such as Construction Joint Stock Company No. 5 and Song Da 4 Joint Stock Company Branch (Hanoi).
Regarding solutions in the coming time, Thanh Hoa Social Insurance said that it will promptly grasp the difficulties and problems in implementing legal regulations on social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and the process of organizing a two-level local government model. From there, report and propose to competent authorities to amend and supplement policies and regulations in accordance with reality.
At the same time, the provincial Social Insurance will establish working groups, coordinate with members of the Steering Committee for the implementation of social insurance and health insurance policies and representatives of the police, tax, provincial inspectors, the Department of Home Affairs, the provincial Labor Federation... to work with units that are 3 months or more late in paying, units that have not participated or have not fully participated in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.
