On October 19, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province issued a document requesting departments, branches, sectors, wards and communes to urgently implement the contents of the decision-making direction of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
One of the contents stated in the document, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee proposed: Regarding the plan to implement compensation and site clearance for the Cai River road project, with the goal of site clearance of 30% of the project to start construction in November 2025; complete compensation and site clearance for the entire route in the first quarter of 2026; request the People's Committee of Tran Bien Ward and the People's Committee of Tam Hiep Ward to implement according to Notice No. 246/TB-UBND dated September 26, 2025, report the implementation results to the Provincial People's Committee before October 25, 2025.

Notice No. 246/TB-UBND dated September 26, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee, Vice Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha concluded and directed: For the central axis road project and the Cai River road project - request the People's Committee of Tam Hiep Ward and the People's Committee of Tran Bien Ward to direct relevant units to focus on reviewing and approving resettlement for households whose land is recovered within the project scope. The implementation results will be completed before October 25, 2025.
Request the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tam Hiep Ward and the People's Committee of Tran Bien Ward to assign 1 ward leader to monitor and direct the entire project, promptly remove obstacles in the project implementation process, and be responsible to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee if the compensation and site clearance progress is delayed according to regulations.
Request the Party Committee of Tam Hiep Ward People's Committee and the Party Committee of Tran Bien Ward People's Committee to coordinate with the ward's organizations to urgently establish working groups to immediately carry out propaganda and explanation work for households and individuals whose land has been recovered to understand the State's policies and guidelines, the goals and importance of the project (with the motto of going to each alley, knocking on each house) to promptly hand over the project implementation site to ensure completion on schedule.
Request the People's Committee of Tam Hiep Ward and the People's Committee of Tran Bien Ward to preside over and work with the Land Fund Development Center, Bien Hoa Branch, and the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board to agree to issue an implementation plan to ensure site clearance completion in accordance with the set goals.
The Cai River road has a total length of nearly 4.6km connecting Ha Huy Giap Street to Tran Quoc Toan Street through Tran Bien Ward and Tam Hiep Ward, Dong Nai Province.
At the end of 2023, two main packages of the project were implemented, including: Package No. 10 - construction of 5 bridges on the route and access roads at both ends of the bridge; Package No. 20 - construction and installation of relocation of high-voltage, medium and low-voltage lines, transformer stations and lighting.
