Accordingly, implementing the plan to ensure security and order for the Hung Kings Commemoration - Hung Temple Festival and the 2026 Earth of Origin Culture - Tourism Week, Phu Tho Provincial Police have strengthened inspections of the observance of regulations, discipline, and order of officers and soldiers at units and checkpoints, contributing to maintaining discipline, order, culture of behavior and regulations of the People's Police.
From April 17 to 2026, the Order Team, Department of Political Work of the Provincial Police organized inspections of the compliance with the Order of the People's Police at units and about 100 checkpoints with more than 1,000 officers and soldiers participating in the implementation of the plan to ensure security and order.
The inspection content focused on strict compliance with the Order of the People's Police; posture, manners, demeanor; culture of behavior; duty regime, including measuring combat readiness for alcohol concentration; especially the implementation of tasks to ensure security and order at assigned locations.
Through inspection, 100% of leaders, commanders and officers and soldiers at units and checkpoints strictly complied with the regulations of the People's Police; maintained posture, etiquette, and regular working style; well implemented the culture of behavior in the process of performing tasks and communicating with the people; strictly complied with the duty regime as prescribed.
Through inspection work, the Provincial Police Order Team requested leaders and commanders of units and localities to continue to thoroughly grasp officers and soldiers to improve their sense of responsibility; maintain strict discipline and order; firmly grasp the situation, proactively handle arising situations, contributing to ensuring absolute security and safety for the Hung Kings Commemoration - Hung Temple Festival and the 2026 Earth of Origin Culture - Tourism Week.
