At 9:45 a.m. on February 21, the Patrol Team controlling the May Chi Waterway Police Station (Traffic Police Department) while on duty in the Binh Bridge area discovered a case of jumping into the Cam River. The victim was identified as Ms. T.L.D (born in 2003, residing in So Dau ward, Hong Bang district, Hai Phong).
Immediately after discovering the incident, the Patrol Control Team coordinated with the Hai Phong Port Border Guard to quickly deploy rescue work. Thanks to the timely response, the authorities brought the victim safely to shore and transferred him to Viet Tiep Hai Phong Friendship Hospital for emergency care.
After receiving information from the hospital, Ms. T.L.D's health has stabilized. The patrol team controlling the May Chi Waterway Police Station contacted Ms. T.L.D's relatives to receive the victims in the morning of the same day.
