Lam Dong Provincial Department of Health has just issued 5 decisions to administratively sanction dental facilities in the area for providing medical examination and treatment services without a license to operate.
Specifically: Chieu Phong Dental Clinic (Road 25/12, Tanh Linh Commune) owned by Mr. Thai Phi was fined VND45 million and suspended for 18 months.
Saigon Dental Clinic (village 3, Ham Thuan commune) owned by Mr. Nguyen Quoc Thinh was fined 45 million VND and suspended for 18 months.
Thinh Dental Clinic (village 5, Ham Thuan commune) owned by Mr. Phan Thanh Nhan was fined 45 million VND and suspended for 18 months.
Hoa Ky Dental Clinic (211 National Highway 1A, Ham Thang Ward) owned by Mr. Tran Thanh Tan was fined 45 million VND and suspended for 18 months.
Van Smile Dental Clinic (139 Ton Duc Thang, Phu Thuy Ward) owned by Mr. Le Trong Hung, was fined 45 million VND and suspended for 18 months.
Lam Dong Department of Health requires facility owners to strictly comply with the penalty decision, and are only allowed to resume operations after being granted a legal license to examine and treat diseases.
Previously, through a surprise inspection in September 2025, the Lam Dong Provincial Department of Health discovered many dental facilities violating regulations on medical examination and treatment.
As a result, the Department has fined 12 dental facilities for providing medical examination and treatment services without an operating license.
Each establishment was fined VND45 million and suspended for 18 months.
