The Hanoi City Public Administration Service Center has just announced the implementation of the public transportation service model to support people and businesses in performing administrative procedures - Vehicle No. 1.
Accordingly, the Public Administration Service Center will coordinate with the People's Committee of My Duc commune to organize the opening ceremony of the "mobile Public Service" model on the morning of October 14 at the Doi Dung Village Cultural House, My Duc commune, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Mobile Public Service Vehicles is one of two new models piloted by the City Public Administration Service Center, along with the "C Community Public Administration Service Point".
This is a breakthrough in bringing public administrative services to the grassroots, helping people, especially those far from the center and rural areas, have equal access to the city's public services.
At the service point, people will be guided, supported to implement and submit administrative documents right on a specialized vehicle, fully equipped with technological infrastructure and modern utilities.
Administrative procedures received, guided and handled include essential areas such as Civil status, Land, Finance, Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, along with services to support the digitization of records, online payment, registration to receive results via Public Post.
In particular, people are also provided with free legal advice, digital skills guidance, support for VNeID electronic identification registration, digital signatures, contributing to promoting community digital transformation and improving technology skills for people.
This is the first trip in a series of pilot activities of the model in Hanoi.
The next bus trips will be organized periodically 1-2 trips/week in many different locations, especially in residential areas far from the center, schools, markets, or village cultural houses.
This activity is coordinated by many units: Hanoi Public Administration Service Center (chaired), People's Committees of communes/wards coordinate in arranging locations, personnel, administrative procedure list, information, propaganda and ensuring security and order, Public Post Office Enterprise, legal consulting unit, and the support of the local Youth Union in guiding and supporting people to carry out online procedures and digital skills.
This inter-sectoral connection demonstrates the spirit of "The State - Enterprises - People work together", spreading the image of a friendly, dedicated government, serving the people, affirming the open, interactive, flexible and multidimensional administrative model.
The " mobility public service" model not only has practical service meaning but is also a testament to open administrative thinking, taking people as the center in all reform and digital transformation activities.
Thereby, helping to shorten the service gap between the government and the people, reducing the one-stop department of communes and wards, while promoting the rate of online records, forming an administrative environment "no papers - no cash - no waiting".
