In recent years, Thai Nguyen province has focused on investing in building inter-agencies headquarters to improve the quality of service for people, while creating a new look for the city.
Up to now, many key projects are entering the completion stage, creating a strong turning point in reforming local administrative infrastructure.
In the center of Thai Nguyen City, the project to build the Provincial Agencies Block (inter-agencies headquarters) started construction in June 2023, with a total investment of 405 billion VND from the local budget.
The project is located on an area of nearly 15,000m2 in Trung Vuong ward, designed with 3 blocks of houses 7 - 12 floors high with a basement, modern scale, meeting the needs of interconnecting work of agencies.
As of April 2025, the rough construction of the project has been completed over 96%, and the entire project has been topped out.
At the construction site, workers are urgently completing the electricity, water, paint, stone paving of the main hall and auxiliary infrastructure outside.
Speaking with reporters, Mr. Dao Hoang Phuong - Vice Chairman of Trung Vuong Ward People's Committee said that up to now, the project has completed site clearance, contractors are currently speeding up the construction progress, expected to be completed in 2025.
The project put into use will help people conveniently handle administrative procedures. At the same time, it also contributes to the renovation and creation of highlights for the city center.
At the same time, in Pho Yen City, the project to build a headquarters for the city's agencies is also being accelerated.
The project started in August 2023, with a total investment of about 400 billion VND, deployed on an area of over 38,000m2 in Nam Tien ward and Ba Hang ward.
According to the design, the project includes an 8-storey building with auxiliary items such as a garden and parking lot.
After more than a year of construction, the load-bearing structure including girders, walls, and pillars has been basically completed. Currently, contractors are constructing a complete power supply, water supply, and flooring system, with the volume reaching over 60% of the contract value.
Mr. Nguyen Quang Toan - Chairman of Nam Tien Ward People's Committee said that the project is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2025. This is one of the city's key projects, which has great significance in welcoming the Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Party Congress.
Not only creating favorable conditions for people to access public administrative services, the inter-agency headquarters of Pho Yen City is also an important highlight in urban planning.
