Information from the Hanoi Urban Railway Project Management Board (MRB), as of 6.4.2025, the overall progress of underground stations of Metro Nhon project - Hanoi Railway Station reached 57.01%.
In particular, the RAMP area reaches 77.45%, is deploying digging, installing formwork, preparing to install bottom steel; S9 station reaches 50.5%; vertical well reached 25.22%; Station S10 reaches 64.64%, is implementing waterproofing, installing bottom steel and preparing construction of the northern external structure; S11 station reaches 58.10%; Ga S12 reaches 61.59%...
In terms of tunneling progress, Mr.B Information, TBM1 called "Speed" has completed about 1,341m, moving in the S10 station area.

According to MRB, to prepare and ensure safety for people in the process of TBM1 moving from S10 - Cat Linh Station to S11 - Temple of Literature, the project has been implemented according to the plan, sending notice to 9 households to arrange, relocate temporary residence and hand over the ground.
As planned, 9 households were supported temporarily in 1 month over time were agreed with each household, until TBM1 completed drilling through this area.
In addition to the 9 households mentioned above, two other households within the affected scope have handed over the ground to the project to demolish and receive re -construction support.

Earlier, on February 20, 2025, when TBM1 passed through the residential area of Lane 7 Giang Van Minh, Kim Ma Ward (Ba Dinh District), an incident of additive spills on the ground.
According to MRB, during drilling, the tunnel drilling additive was sprayed pressure to keep the soil stable in front of the mirror. When encountering open holes, the tunnel drilling additive combines water and smooth materials in the soil will follow these pores to the ground.
The above solution has been completely not harmful, environmentally friendly, meeting European standards and has undergone strict testing and approval of the project.
On February 27, 2025, the monitoring data showed that some points in Lane 7 Giang Van Minh had a subsidence exceeding the warning threshold.
According to the highest safety principle, the project has decided to relocate additional 11 households at Lane 7, Giang Van Minh Street. Earlier, 4 households were temporarily relocated according to the original plan of the project.
After the incident, MRB directed the Systra consultant and the Hyundai - Ghella contractor to continue surveying and offering solutions to minimize the appearance of similar situations, as well as the impact on the people in the future ...
