The Central Power Corporation (EVNCPC) urgently restored the power infrastructure, ensuring "restoration of the house, the power will be there" in the "Quang Trung Campaign".

News from the Central Power Corporation (EVNCPC) on December 11 said: This unit has just requested member power companies to urgently deploy tasks to support localities in successfully implementing the "Quang Trung Campaign".

This is a rapid campaign to rebuild and repair houses for people in disaster areas according to Official Dispatch 234/CD-TTg dated November 30, 2025 of the Prime Minister and the direction of EVN for provinces and units from Ha Tinh to Lam Dong.

EVNCPC directs units under its management from Quang Tri to Khanh Hoa, focusing on areas heavily affected such as Gia Lai, Dak Lak, Khanh Hoa, proactively coordinate with the People's Committees of provinces to grasp the progress of building and repairing houses for households that collapsed, drifted, or were damaged during floods in late October and November.

In the Central region alone, EVN assigned EVNCPC the task of consolidating, repairing the power grid or supplying new electricity in the spirit of "wherever the house is restored, the electricity will be there".

EVNCPC Deputy General Director Nguyen Huu Khanh said that EVNCPC has requested member Power Companies to immediately deploy forces and materials to areas with urgent needs.

"The units must closely coordinate with local authorities and closely monitor each house. Power can be provided immediately for people to build new houses, or when the infrastructure is completed, at least they must be energized. EVNCPC clearly defines the spirit of: not letting people wait for electricity when their houses have been restored" - Mr. Khanh said.

According to the general plan of localities, the repair of damaged houses must be completed before December 31, 2025 and the construction of new houses must be completed before January 31, 2026. The electricity industry must closely coordinate with localities with households subject to repair and construction of new houses to meet the progress of power supply.

According to statistics, consecutive natural disasters from Ha Tinh to Lam Dong have caused 1,635 houses to collapse and 39,461 houses to be severely damaged, seriously affecting people's lives. Early power restoration is considered an important factor in helping people stabilize their lives after storms and floods.

EVNCPC affirmed that it will mobilize maximum human resources and equipment and closely coordinate with localities to ensure that each house when completed has electricity, contributing to bringing the "Quang Trung Campaign" to the finish line on time and earlier than schedule.
