Mr. Dung's violations are very serious, causing bad public opinion, damaging the reputation of the Party organization, state management agencies and the individual, and must be disciplined.
Mr. Do Duc Cuong - Deputy Director of Thach Ha - Loc Ha Land Registration Office Branch had shortcomings and violations: Appraising records, implementing processes and procedures for requesting recognition and granting land use right certificates when the land plot did not meet the conditions for recognition, records did not meet the conditions for submission; signing extracts not in accordance with the cadastral map and inventory book.
Mr. Nguyen Anh Tung - Deputy Head of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Thach Ha district; Mr. Le Van Manh - specialist of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Thach Ha district had shortcomings and violations: Examining the recognition records, issuing land use right certificates when the land plot did not meet the conditions for recognition, the records did not meet the conditions for submission.
The violations of Mr. Tung and Mr. Manh have negatively affected the reputation of the Party organization and state management agencies, to the point that disciplinary action must be considered.
Mr. Nguyen Duc Quang - Director of Lung Hospital has shortcomings and violations: Not handing over tasks, not temporarily transferring Party activities, still working at the hospital during the time studying for Specialist II, Course 2018-2020, concentrated system at University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University; not strictly following the rotation and assignment of responsibility for Internal Medicine Department II, performing medical examination and treatment not in accordance with regulations.
Mr. Truong Hong Linh - former Party Cell Secretary, former Director of Lung Hospital had shortcomings and violations: Lax leadership and management, not directing the temporary transfer of Party activities, not handing over the tasks of Mr. Nguyen Duc Quang when he went to school; lack of inspection and supervision so that Mr. Nguyen Duc Quang could still perform the task of managing Internal Medicine Department II when there was a decision to assign someone else to be in charge; approving attendance and paying some benefits for Mr. Nguyen Duc Quang without basis, in violation of regulations.
The violations of Mr. Nguyen Duc Quang and Mr. Truong Hong Linh have negatively affected the reputation of the Party organization, unit and the comrades themselves, to the point that disciplinary action must be considered.

According to the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, Mr. Vuong and officials in the Standing Committee of the Dong Loc Town Party Committee agreed on the policy of creating fake documents to purchase rice seeds for the 2021 and 2022 Spring crops in Dong Loc Town, causing a loss of more than 21.5 million VND to the state budget.
