To celebrate the 120th anniversary of the founding of Dak Lak province (November 22, 1904 - November 22, 2024), on November 22, the People's Committee of Buon Ma Thuot city held a ceremony to attach plaques to Nguyen Tat Thanh Park and Vo Van Kiet Flower Garden.
Nguyen Tat Thanh Park project was approved by Buon Ma Thuot City People's Committee to be implemented in 2023 with a total investment of 30 billion VND, an area of 28,319m2, to be completed on October 30, 2024.
The park has been invested synchronously with cultural, sports, entertainment and multi-purpose areas along with auxiliary works and lighting systems...
The completed and put into use project will contribute to the development of green, clean and beautiful landscape architecture space in accordance with the planning and development orientation of Buon Ma Thuot city.
The Vo Van Kiet flower garden project was built on an area of over 1.8 hectares with a total cost of 13 billion VND. The flower garden includes many items such as trees, lawns, toilets, rest houses, parking lots, yards, and internal roads.
The highlight of the flower garden is the shade tree system with more than 200 trees typical of the Central Highlands...
With an open space design, Vo Van Kiet flower garden not only beautifies the urban landscape but also serves the cultural and spiritual life of local people.
Mr. Tran Duc Nhat - Vice Chairman of Buon Ma Thuot City People's Committee said: "The two above-mentioned projects are key projects of the province and the city. The projects have received consensus and high appreciation from the people and contributed to building a green, ecological, and culturally rich Buon Ma Thuot city".
According to Mr. Nhat, in the coming time, the City People's Committee requests relevant units to organize the management and exploitation of these two projects to ensure effective and practical promotion.
