Talking to the representative of the An Giang Hydrometeorological Station, it is known that the above phenomenon is called a solar cycle, also known as a solar aurora, English name is "sun halo", often appearing on good weather days, the sky is covered by a thin layer of clouds.
The meteorological station said that experts have explained this phenomenon different from rainbows as the phenomenon of reflecting light through the atmosphere with many water particles. The radius of the circle corresponding to the sun around is 22 degrees (the angle from the human eye) so it is also known as the "22-degree hadron".
Experts say this is a natural phenomenon that occurs frequently, not unusual.
