At Thanh Nhan Hospital (Bach Mai ward, Hanoi), to ensure the right to vote of citizens and fully implement the principles of election according to regulations, patients who are being treated and have limited health have been given conditions to vote right at the hospital bed.

Among those special voters was Ms. Ca Thi Hong (Yen So Ward, Hanoi) - a patient being treated at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department under emergency treatment. Due to her health condition, she could not return to her locality to participate in voting, she was instructed to move the polling location immediately to the hospital.
Even though I am in the hospital, I can still personally put my vote into the ballot box. This is a big festival of the country, only once every 5 years, so I am very happy and touched to participate." Being given the opportunity to exercise citizenship right during treatment made Ms. Hong very surprised and grateful.
Similarly, Mr. Tran The Hung (Bach Mai Ward, Hanoi), who is being treated for digestive hemorrhage, also participated in voting right at the hospital. He said that this is the first time he has exercised the right to vote in such a special circumstance.

Mr. Hung shared that the reforms in the health sector in the past time have brought many advantages to patients like him, especially the application of technology and administrative procedure improvements: "Current procedures are faster than before, medical equipment and services are also better invested. I hope the new term will continue to have policies to help more people access health services".
Sending in their own votes, voters expect the elected delegates to represent the will and aspirations of the People, contributing to promoting the country's development in the new period.

Not only patients, many medical staff at Thanh Nhan Hospital also participated in voting on election day.
Doctor Tran Thi Thu Hien, Head of the Ophthalmology Department of the hospital, said that in recent years, many of the State's health policies have brought practical benefits to both patients and medical staff.
According to Dr. Hien, policies such as health insurance cross-cutting have made it easier for people to access medical examination and treatment services. In addition, the expansion of universal health insurance also helps people detect and treat diseases early, improving the quality of community health care.
From today's votes, we expect elected delegates to continue to pay attention to investing in the health sector, especially improving the quality of human resources and promoting digital transformation in the health sector," the doctor expressed.
In the festival of the whole people, no matter what the circumstances, many voters still want to directly send their trust through their votes - choosing people who represent the will and aspirations of the People.
