Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision on the investment policy for the project of renovating, repairing, and upgrading the foundation and wave measuring station to serve flood and storm prevention in Hai Thinh commune.
The investment objective of the project is to renovate, repair, and upgrade the foundation and wave measuring station to serve flood and storm prevention in Hai Thinh commune to overcome flooding, protect measuring equipment and ensure stable working conditions for officials, civil servants and employees.
The total investment of the project is 2.3 billion VND, belonging to group C projects from the central budget supplemented with targets for 2025, deployed and completed in 2026.
Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to complete the economic and technical report on renovation, repair, and upgrading of the foundation and wave measuring station serving flood and storm prevention in Hai Thinh commune to submit to competent authorities for investment decision in the project in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Public Investment, the Law on Construction and related laws; organize project implementation according to regulations, ensuring quality and efficiency, and preventing loss, waste, and negativity in the implementation process.
