    Quang Binh - People discovered a decomposing body on the beach of Bao Ninh commune, Dong Hoi city, the authorities are verifying its identity.

    According to initial information, at around 5:30 p.m. on March 30, people walking on the beach of Ha Duong village (Bao Ninh commune, Dong Hoi city, Quang Binh province) discovered a decomposing body on the beach.

    According to initial records, the body was suspected to be a female. The victim lay on the sand, wearing gray kaki pants and sneakers.

    The authorities were present at the scene, conducting an autopsy and investigating the cause of the incident. The victim's identity is being verified.
