This project belongs to Group C, with a total investment of more than 11.1 billion VND, the investor is the Department of Irrigation and Hydrometeorology of Phu Tho province.
By July 28, the investor had approved the results of contractor selection for Package No. 03: Construction of the project.
The above package is priced at nearly 9.5 billion VND from the provincial budget in 2025 and in the following years, 2 enterprises (combined) won the package with a price of nearly 9.4 billion VND.
According to the project documents, the package will construct the Doan Ha embankment (Doan Ha commune, old Thanh Thuy district, now Thanh Thuy commune) corresponding to km17 - km17+600 of the left dike of the Da river.
The construction method is to release stone for the footrest to create an anti-pressure mechanism to stabilize the embankment foot, 257.1 m long, 21 m long embankment head lock, 21 m long embankment end lock, smoothly with the natural roof; 8 m embankment top elevation, 4 m wide embankment foot top...
Along with that, the package will construct the Van hamlet lake project, in Tram Than commune, the old Phu Ninh district (now Tram Than commune).
The package implementation period is 180 days (guaranteed completion before December 31, 2025).
The investment goal of the project is to promptly fix construction incidents caused by Typhoon No. 3 Yagi in 2024; ensure safety of works, serve natural disaster prevention work, meet the travel needs of the people; protect State assets, people's lives and property; and at the same time, be proactive in water supply for production.
In addition, the 2025 dyke maintenance and maintenance project - approved by the People's Committee of Phu Tho province under Decision No. 1152/QD-UBND dated May 27, 2025 and also on July 28, the Department of Irrigation and Hydrometeorology of Phu Tho province approved the results of contractor selection for Package No. 03: Construction and installation of the project.
The above package is priced at more than 12 billion VND from the provincial budget career capital, Viet Thang Phu Tho Construction Mechanical Company Limited is the winning bidder with a price of nearly 12 billion VND (11,969,758,604 VND).
According to the project documents, this package will handle landslides on the left and right dykes of Gienh from km3.5 - km3.6, Tien Luong commune, old Cam Khe district (now Tien Luong commune); handle landslides on the left and right dykes of Lat dykes, in Luong Nha commune, the old Thanh Son district (now Yen Son commune) and Tu Vu commune, the old Thanh Thuy district (now Tu Vu commune).
Along with that, the package will repair 18 sewers at many dykes in the province (Ngoi Me dykes, Ngoi Gianh dykes, Thao River dykes, Da River dykes, Chay River dykes, etc.).
This package also maintains the road to the warehouse for natural disaster prevention equipment in Ban Nguyen commune, the old Lam Thao district (now Ban Nguyen commune) and cleans the river and plain dykes for the section from km26 - km33 of the left dyke of the Da river in the communes of Thanh Thuy district and the old Tam Nong district.
The implementation period of this package is 180 days (construction will be completed before December 31, 2025).
