On November 7, Road Management Office III.1 (Road Management Area III) was present at the scene of the cliek bridge landslide through Po To commune.
Khec Bridge is located on Truong Son Dong route - a traffic route with many means of transporting goods and people.
After the storm, floods swept away part of the bridge abutments, causing the bridge to break; asphalt concrete fell into the stream, causing traffic congestion.

At the scene, the authorities put up ropes, blocked the vehicles and did not allow people from both sides to pass through to wait for handling. Hundreds of people in communes such as Po To, Ia Pa, Kong Chro, Ayun Pa... have not been able to pass through this serious landslide site.
Meanwhile, National Highway 25 through Ayun Pa Ward was also partially flooded at some points; vehicles could not pass through due to floodwaters crossing the road.

From about 0:00 on November 7, water from upstream flooded into the Ba River, causing flooding in some areas. The headquarters of the Ia Sao Commune People's Committee was isolated due to floodwaters.
That same night, the People's Committee of the commune directed forces to urgently support the evacuation of people and property of 40 households to safety.
After the storm, the water level of the Ba River rose rapidly. To ensure absolute safety for people and minimize property damage, the authorities of Ia Tul, Ia Pa, Ia Sao communes, Ayun Pa ward... have urgently supported people to evacuate and move their assets to safety.
