It is known that the general inventory of public assets in the area aims to synthesize data to report to the Ministry of Finance before May 10, and serve the review and development of plans for arrangement and arrangement of handling assets when arranging administrative units according to the conclusion of the Politburo and the Central Secretariat.

We will criticize, remind and handle the responsibility of collectives and individuals who do not strictly comply with the plan and regulations related to the general inventory of public assets. For arising problems and problems, they need to be promptly reported to the Department of Finance for guidance on resolution or reported to competent authorities for consideration and direction.

In addition, units need to urgently review errors in public asset data and related data on the public asset inventory software, detect and warn of unusual data of the unit directly responsible for inventorying, and adjust the data if errors are detected.

In particular, heads of agencies and units that inventory public assets must be fully responsible before the law and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee if there are errors in inventory data, especially the implementation of incomplete inventory of assets or omission of assets that must be inventoried.
