Attending the meeting were Mr. Trinh Xuan Truong - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Dang Binh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Thai Nguyen province; leaders of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of departments, agencies, branches, and localities.
The session passed 36 important resolutions with high consensus.

Including a resolution to establish 8 wards including: Cho Don, Dinh Hoa, Dong Hy, Phu Binh, Phu Luong, Quan Chu, Trai Cau, Vo Nhai.
8 new wards are established based on the natural area and population size of the current 8 communes.
After completing the establishment of commune-level urban administrative units, Thai Nguyen province has 69 communes and 23 wards.
At the session, the Provincial People's Council also discussed and unanimously approved many important contents on finance, budget and public investment.
Especially considering and approving local budget finalization for 2025; deciding to allocate resources to implement national target programs and adjusting the public investment plan for 2026.

Speaking at the closing of the session, Mr. Bui Van Luong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Thai Nguyen province affirmed that the contents approved at the session all originated from practical requirements, in order to promptly concretize the guidelines and policies of the Central Government. Creating the necessary legal basis to meet the requirements of management, administration, and promotion of socio-economic development of the province.
The Provincial People's Council requested the Provincial People's Committee to urgently direct the development and organization of the implementation of plans and action programs to effectively implement the resolutions just passed.
