The Ministry of Construction issued Decision No. 1940/QD-BXD "On the assignment of management of road traffic infrastructure assets formed from the Bung - Van Ninh component project under the North - South expressway construction project in the East phase 2021 - 2025 under the management of the Ministry of Construction".
Accordingly, the Ministry of Construction assigned the Vietnam Road Administration to manage items of road traffic infrastructure assets formed from the Bung - Van Ninh Component Project under the North - South Expressway Construction Project in the East phase 2021 - 2025 under the management authority of the Ministry of Construction.
The Ministry of Construction requires the Vietnam Road Administration to be responsible for:
Manage, exploit and maintain assigned assets in Article 1 in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 44/2024/ND-CP dated April 24, 2024 of the Government and relevant legal provisions; carry out the handover, receipt and accounting for increased assets according to regulations. The handover and receipt of assets will be recorded in a Minutes according to Form No. 01 prescribed in the Appendix issued with Decree No. 44/2024/ND-CP dated April 24, 2024 of the Government.
During the exploitation process, coordinate with investors and related units to monitor the implementation of the contents stated in the conclusion notice of the State Inspection Council for the project.
Asset management is assigned in accordance with regulations, promptly accounting for and adjusting the value of assets according to the decision approving the settlement of the completed project or when there are changes and adjustments from the competent authority.
For the Railway Project Management Board, the Ministry of Construction requires the Board to be responsible for:
Fully implement the contents stated in the Conclusion Notice of the State Inspection Council No. 144/TB-HDKTNN dated May 22, 2025 on the results of the inspection of the completion of construction works and construction items "Component project of the Bung - Van Ninh section of the North - South expressway construction project in the East phase 2021 - 2025".
Preside over and coordinate with the Vietnam Road Administration to complete procedures for submitting to competent authorities for approval of putting the project into operation and use according to the provisions of Clause 3, Article 23 of Decree No. 06/2021/ND-CP dated January 26, 2021 of the Government.
Previously, the Ministry of Construction issued Decision No. 1893/QD-BXD on the assignment of management of road traffic infrastructure assets formed from the Vung Ang - Bung component project under the North - South Expressway Construction Project in the East phase 2021 - 2025 under the management of the Ministry of Construction.
