On Vy Da bridge (bored with Phu Hoi and Vy Da wards), the authorities discovered a pair of shoes and helmets along with a piece of paper saying "I apologize to you, my parents...".
According to the leader of Xuan Phu Ward People's Committee, after receiving the information, at about 1:45 a.m. the same day, Xuan Phu Ward officials arrived at the scene.
The location of the incident is the area bordering Phu Hoi ward and Vy Da ward, so the localities are coordinating the search.
