At 4:00 PM on July 20, 2026, at Hong An Kindergarten (Duc Me Parish) in Hamlet A, Tan Hiep commune, An Giang province, 2 boys were found abandoned.
The first boy identified himself as Tin, estimated at about 4 years old. Identifying features: wearing a blue-white t-shirt, striped khaki pants, plastic sandals.
The initial health status recorded that the child was alert, had good contact, and communicated normally with a Northern accent. Observations revealed bruises on both arms, and no other abnormal signs were recorded.
The second baby boy claimed to be Dau, estimated to be about 3 years old. Identifying features: wearing a white-red t-shirt, blue shorts, plastic sandals.
The initial health status recorded that the child was alert, had good contact, and communicated normally with a Northern accent. Observations revealed swelling (tumors) and minor scratches on the forehead, and no other abnormal signs were recorded.
Tan Hiep Commune People's Committee issued a notice for the parents or relatives of the 2 children mentioned above to know and come to contact to pick up the children.
