According to the announcement from the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) of Ho Chi Minh City Police, the temporary suspension of traffic on Pham Ngoc Thach Street (formerly District 1) on October 17 and 18, 2025 will be applied to serve the activities taking place within the framework of the Conference summarizing 50 years of Ho Chi Minh City's literature and art after the country's reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) and the series of events "Ho Chi Minh City Literature and Art Days".
This major event is expected to attract a large number of guests and people to attend, requiring strict implementation of the work of ensuring traffic order and safety.
Vehicles will temporarily stop traveling on Pham Ngoc Thach Street, from Nguyen Van Chiem Street to Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street according to two time frames:
Round 1 (Tonight): From 22:00 to 24:00 on Friday, October 17, 2025.
Round 2 ( Tomorrow afternoon): From 15:00 to 19:30 on Saturday, October 18, 2025.
