Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway is seamless between Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai
On December 5, component project 2 and component 3 of Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway were connected. Thereby, from the Long Thanh area (Dong Nai) to the Ho Chi Minh City border is basically seamless, waiting for the completion of the final parts to form a continuous moving axis from Dong Nai to Ba Ria (Ho Chi Minh City).
The Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Phase 1 is one of the key transport projects, which the Government requires to be completed soon and put into synchronous operation, in order to connect the Southeast region. The project has a total length of about 53.7 km divided into 3 component projects. VNU-HCM said that in 2026, it will organize 2 exams in 15 provinces and cities.
In round 1, candidates will register to take the exam from January 24, 2026 to February 23, 2026. The exam takes place on April 5, 2026.
Round 2, candidates registered from April 18, 2026 to April 25, 2026. The exam takes place on May 24, 2026.

Forecast of high tides exceeding alert level III, risk of deep flooding in the South
According to the Southern Hydrometeorological Station, today (December 5), the high tide will peak, with the risk of flooding in many places.
At Phu An and Nha Be stations, the water level is forecast to reach 1.70-1.75 m, 0.10-0.15 m higher than alert level III; peak tides occur from 4-6 hours and 17-19 hours.

According to initial information, at around 4am, the fire suddenly appeared and spread quickly in a restaurant on Tran Hung Dao Street (Cau Ong Lanh Ward), the smoke and fire engulfed almost the entire house. The thick black smoke column rose tens of meters high, which could be observed from afar.
