HCMC prepares to widen the eastern road to 60 m, 10 - 12 lanes connecting Cat Lai bridge
The Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee has just assigned the Ho Chi Minh City Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board to prepare a pre-feasibility study report to adjust the project to renovate, upgrade and expand Nguyen Thi Dinh Street (from My Thuy intersection to Cat Lai ferry).
The road is only about 1.6 km long but every day "carries" more than 20,000 cars in and out of Cat Lai port, mostly container trucks. This is also the route connecting Cat Lai ferry, every day thousands of cars and motorbikes travel from Nhon Trach.

Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai and Tay Ninh coordinate to build the largest road in the Southeast
The Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee has just issued a Decision to establish a Steering Committee for the implementation of the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 investment project.
According to the decision, the Steering Committee consists of 15 members, headed by Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Nguyen Van Duoc.
Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Bui Xuan Cuong holds the position of Permanent Deputy Head of the Committee; Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Hoang Nguyen Dinh is in charge of directing compensation, support and resettlement work.

According to the report of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Ho Chi Minh City, 14 districts (formerly) were coordinated with about 4,550 tons of garbage/day (equivalent to 443 trips) to Da Phuoc landfill.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment of Ho Chi Minh City has proposed a number of solutions such as: transferring the volume of domestic waste in some urgent areas that are likely to be congested during the day to the Waste Treatment Complex in Cu Chi district (formerly), about 450 tons/day.
