The Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee has signed a decision to assign the authority of the Chief Inspector of Ho Chi Minh City to Mr. Pham Van Nhi, currently Deputy Chief Inspector of the city.
The decision takes effect from November 20, 2025 and will last until the competent authority issues a decision to appoint the Chief Inspector of Ho Chi Minh City.
The delegation of authority was made after Mr. Tran Van Bay - Chief Inspector of Ho Chi Minh City - was elected by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee. See more...

Go Cong intersection is located at the intersection between Ring Road 3 and Nguyen Xien Street, in Long Phuoc Ward, with a total land use area of about 24.87 hectares.
