Ho Chi Minh City reduces prices of meat, eggs and seafood to make it easier for people to shop

Recorded at Emart supermarket on the morning of November 23, many pork, chicken and seafood stalls attracted many customers to shop. Ms. Pham Thu Trang (Cat Lai ward) shared: "The price of coffee has increased too much, so I switched to buying meat and eggs to save money. Today, the price of meat has decreased sharply, and there is a promotion to buy 1 get 1 free, I buy more to store and use gradually. At this time, such a price reduction is very valuable".

In response to the need to shift to a group of foods rich in protein due to increased prices of vegetables, the Saigon Co.op supermarket system said that it is simultaneously implementing the meat Festival with a rotation of 15-20% incentives for pork, chicken, and beef from major suppliers. In addition to fresh meat, alternative items such as eggs, mushrooms, fruits, seafood are also reduced by 30%, along with many "buy 1 get 1" programs to help consumers easily balance their menu while still saving costs.
