Quang Tri - 12 martyrs' remains that have just been collected at Chua village, Hieu Giang commune have been commemorated and buried.

On July 23, at the National Martyrs' Cemetery, Road 9, Quang Tri province held a memorial service and buried 12 martyrs' remains.

Attending the ceremony were representatives of the leaders of Quang Tri province, Military Region 4, and a large number of officers, soldiers and people.

Previously, from May 16, the Martyrs' Remains Collection Team of Division 968 (Military Region 4) searched for martyrs' remains in Ban Chua village (Hieu Giang commune) and found 12 martyrs' remains.

The remains of the martyrs were buried at a depth of about 1.2m, wrapped in a hammock, 2-3m apart. Attached are relics such as rubber sandals, personal wallets, Hammer, soldier belt, information wire and 3 glass bottles with decomposed insides.

After the memorial service, the martyrs were buried in the grounds of the National Martyrs' Cemetery, Road 9.
