On December 26, information from the Government Inspectorate said that Mr. Le Tien Dat - Deputy Inspector General of the Government - has just given some instructions on the 2025 work orientation of the Department of Inspection, Complaints and Denunciations Settlement, Region 2 (Department II).
The Deputy Inspector General of the Government requested that in inspection work, there must be innovations, thinking and working methods suitable to the new situation, ensuring progress and quality.
During the inspection process, summarize the content as it progresses. After the direct inspection is completed, a report of the results and a draft of the conclusion will be immediately available to ensure the inspection progress is in accordance with regulations.
Accordingly, the inspection process must have a key focus; be strict right from the stage of building the inspection plan, building the results report, and drafting the conclusion; avoid the situation of doing things outside the plan, missing the planned content leading to having to adjust the plan; the conclusion must ensure compliance with regulations, feasibility, and not go into trivial and detailed issues.
In the work of handling complaints and denunciations, Deputy Inspector General of the Government Le Tien Dat requested that Department II carry out its advisory work in strict accordance with the provisions of the Law on Complaints, the Law on Denunciations and decrees and circulars. In addition, it is necessary to maintain close and regular relationships with the Provincial Inspectorate and with localities for better work efficiency.
According to Department II, by the time of summarizing the work in 2024, in addition to the conclusions that have been issued, the unit still has 2 draft inspection conclusions that are in the final stages for submission for promulgation; and is conducting a surprise inspection at Vietnam Paper Corporation.
Regarding the work of handling complaints and denunciations, Department II has basically completed the tasks assigned by the Prime Minister, ensuring progress and quality of handling advice.
The Prime Minister has approved the verification reports and conclusions of the complaints and denunciations advised by Department II and assigned the People's Committees of provinces and cities to implement them.
