motivation to escape poverty from being provided with breeding cows
With many children and husbands without stable income, in recent years, poverty has plagued the family of Ms. H'Pher Mlo, in Ea Ho commune, Krong Nang district, Dak Lak province.
At the end of 2024, her family and 14 other poor households were supported by the local government to give breeding cows (from the national target program).

Ms. H'Pher Mlo shared: "Hearing the news that my family would be provided with breeding cows, my family was very happy. My husband and I discuss spending 5 working days and asking for materials to build a barn for the cows.
After 5 months of being guided by local officials to take care of the family's cow, the cow developed well and was about to give birth. I hope the cows will breed soon to increase the total number of cows so that the family can improve the economy".

In reality, the biggest wish of poor and near-poor households when receiving breeding cows is to develop the household economy well and soon have a sustainable income.
To concretize the dream of poverty reduction for the people, in early May 2025, the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions held a training conference on breeding cow breeding techniques (under the Project to support the development of community production under the 1719 Program).
The conference was held in Cu Klong commune (49 households), Ea Tam commune (48 households), Ea Puk commune (52 households), Ea Dah commune (84 households), Ea Ho commune (108 households), DlieYa commune (114 households).
At the conference, people in the district were equipped with the necessary knowledge and equipment to develop household livestock farming.
According to a survey in villages and hamlets with special difficulties in ethnic minority areas in the district, breeding cows are very well cared for by the people, grow quickly and soon produce many calves.

Mr. Ho Minh Tuy - Head of the Ethnic and Religious Affairs Department of Krong Nang district - commented: "Developing buffalo and cow farming in general, especially breeding cow breeding is one of the best measures to effectively use rural labor forces. Thereby, improving the efficiency of livestock farming, gradually helping farmers eliminate hunger and reduce poverty to get rich".

Accelerating the disbursement of national target capital
According to the People's Committee of Krong Nang district, in recent times, the unit has focused on effectively implementing the National Target Programs.
In particular, capital sources to implement sub-projects under the National Target Programs for 2023 and 2024 are allowed to be extended to 2025. In particular, focusing on overcoming existing problems and speeding up the disbursement of capital according to the set plan.

The leader of the People's Committee of Krong Nang district shared that the goal of the district in 2024 and 2025 is to gradually reduce the gap between rich and poor localities and will minimize households that fall back into poverty or newly fall into poverty.
With the determination, efforts and achievements over the past 3 years, the district believes that it will improve the material and spiritual life of many people, especially those in extremely difficult areas in the area.
The district's efforts aim to realize the goal of ensuring social security and sustainable poverty reduction, improving the quality of life for local people.
