The seminar was attended by representatives of the Vietnam Veterans Association (VYcra), representatives of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, leaders of Ha Tinh province, and more than 200 youth union members and members of the VYcra Association in the area.

At the seminar, former investor, poet Yen Thanh, former investor Le Thi Nhi and many other former investors shared their memories of a difficult and dangerous time when participating in destroying bombs, mines, and repairing roads to ensure smooth traffic to transport goods and necessities from the back of the North to the large front line in the South in the war against the US to save the country.
The sharing of former TNXP is filled with emotion, mixed with pride and admiration, causing tears to fall on both the narrator and listener.
According to the sharing, some former cooperatives are still facing many difficulties. They hope to receive more attention, support and help from organizations, unions, philanthropists, and the social community to help their lives ease.
The seminar also shared the feelings, gratitude, and appreciation of the young generation for the generations of Fathers, brothers, Heroes, Martyrs, War Invalids, Sick Soldiers, Veterans, and Veterans of the Vietnam Bank.
At the same time, representatives of youth union members and the young generation also shared their responsibilities to contribute to building and making the homeland and country increasingly developed.
At the ceremony, the organizing committee presented 11 gifts to 11 former cooperatives and presented 50 million VND in support to the Association of Former Cooperatives of Ha Tinh province.

The seminar program "Actioning former Youth Volunteers - the Fire Flower era" is an activity to honor the silent contributions of the Vietnam People's Army in the resistance wars to protect the Fatherland, while spreading historical values, the spirit of dedication and patriotism to the younger generation.
The program is also a meaningful activity on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the Vietnam Youth Volunteer Force's Traditional Day (July 15) and the 78th anniversary of the War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27).
