Attending the groundbreaking ceremony at Minh Tan Primary and Secondary Boarding School (Minh Tan Commune) were Mr. Nguyen Chi Dung - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister; leaders of the Government Office, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, Ministry of Education and Training.
On the side of Tuyen Quang province, there were Provincial Party Secretary Hau A Lenh, leaders of departments, branches and a large number of local people.

The Minh Tan Inter-level Boarding School and Secondary School project has a scale of 45 classes (including 25 primary and 20 secondary school classes), accommodating 1,574 students, with a total construction area of 41,651 m2. The project has a total investment of more than 251 billion VND, expected to be completed before August 30, 2026.
Infrastructure connection conditions such as traffic, electricity, domestic water, and information of the project are assessed as guaranteed and safe, limiting the risk of landslides and flash floods.
The school is organized in a connecting, stable and unified manner between the two levels. The modern and friendly educational environment is synchronously invested in facilities, teaching equipment and a team of highly qualified staff and teachers.


In addition to the Minh Tan Inter-level Boarding School, on this occasion, Tuyen Quang province also started the projects of the School: Son Vi Inter-level and Secondary Boarding School (total investment of more than 211 billion VND); Xin Man Primary and Secondary Boarding School (total investment of more than 224 billion VND); Pa Vy Su Primary and Secondary Boarding School (total investment of more than 211 billion VND); Pho Bang Primary and Secondary Boarding School (total investment of more than 191 billion VND).
On the morning of November 9, a groundbreaking ceremony was held across the country to build 72 Inter-level Primary and Secondary Schools (THCS) in the border communes of the mainland. The program will be broadcast live and online at 13 locations.
The schools will be invested in in 2025, to be completed before August 30, 2026. Previously, 28 schools had started construction and were under construction.
