Not only the headquarters is abandoned, but Ganh Hao Shopping Center, built nearly 15 years ago, is also abandoned because no traders come to buy and sell. This shopping mall was built and put into use since the end of 2010 with 378 kiosks. After nearly 15 years of completion, this shopping mall has now seriously degraded and turned into a garbage dump. The People's Committee of Dong Hai district said that after the handover, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment (now the Department of Agriculture and Environment) has made a plan to auction the old headquarters but has not yet carried out it.
