The accident occurred at 0:45 on May 9 on National Highway 1 when a large truck with license plate 73C - 041xx traveling from South to North collided with a small truck (about 1 ton) with license plate 73C - 102xx traveling in the opposite direction.
The strong collision caused the small truck to be severely damaged and deformed, and the driver of the small truck died on the spot.
After receiving the report, the Traffic Police of Ha Tinh Police in coordination with relevant units were present to handle the scene and investigate the cause.
