HCMC - Tan Dong Hiep Ward People's Committee is mobilizing households to urgently evacuate from landslides along the Dong Nai River.

On December 12, the People's Committee of Tan Dong Hiep Ward said that it is mobilizing Mr. B.V.A and Mr. N.G.T's household (Group 3, Ba Dinh Quarter, Tan Dong Hiep Ward) to quickly move from the Dong Nai River bank area. Currently, this area is at serious risk of landslides.

According to local authorities, in recent weeks, prolonged heavy rain has increased landslides in Group 3, Ba Dinh neighborhood. The landslide location is about 130 m long, eating 3-4 m deep into the mainland, directly threatening the foundation and safety of the households where they live.

To ensure the safety of life and property, the People's Committee of the ward requested the two households to urgently move their belongings and temporarily move out of the danger zone.
