According to a quick report from the People's Committee of Tien Luong commune, the impact of storm No. 10 caused preliminary damage in Xom Dat area (old Phuong Ma commune) causing a banana pit lagoon break of about 0.2ha and a dam bank of 0.5ha (including a residential road) of 15m and 3m deep.
The incident has completely isolated 68 households and 152 people and the working group of more than 15 people (including the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, 2 Vice Chairmen of the Commune People's Committee, the Standing Committee of the Commune Military, and the mobile militia) who are directing the evacuation of people.
Currently, no human casualties have been recorded; landslides have hit 3 houses, households at risk of landslides have been relocated to safe places, other damages have not been specifically counted.
Not far away, in Phu Khe commune, on September 29, a flash flood occurred in the Da Tho Temple area along National Highway 70B (the road from the old Cam Khe district to the old Yen Lap district), causing this road to still be cut off.
