On May 7, the Hanoi City Police Electronic Information Portal reported that the City Police Asset and Income Control Agency (City Police Inspectorate) has just held a conference to announce the Decision on asset and income verification (AP) and disseminate the Annual AP verification Plan.
The conference was chaired by Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Bac Son, Deputy Chief Inspector of Hanoi City Police, Head of the Verification Team.
The conference was attended by representatives of the leaders of 4 verified units, 10 verified individuals, representatives of the Joint Stock Company of the units and members of the Property and Income verification Team.

At the Conference, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Bac Son, Deputy Chief Inspector of Hanoi City Police, Head of the Verification Team, announced the Decision and disseminated the Plan to verify TSTN for those who are required to declare annual TSTN in the City Police under the control of the City Police Inspectorate.
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Bac Son also clearly stated the purpose, requirements, content and scope of verification, as well as the implementation process, implementation time and coordination responsibilities of relevant units and individuals.
According to the plan, the Verification Team is responsible for developing a detailed plan, studying the declaration of assets and income of individuals subject to verification, and working with relevant units and individuals to collect information. At the same time, the Verification Team will work directly with the verification subjects, compare documents and conduct field inspections.
Speaking at the Conference, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Bac Son emphasized that asset and income verification is one of the important contents in the work of preventing and combating corruption, contributing to improving the effectiveness of cadre management, maintaining discipline and order in the Capital Police force.
The Deputy Chief Inspector of Hanoi City Police requested members of the verification Team to perform their tasks with a high sense of responsibility, ensuring objectivity, publicity and transparency; at the same time, requested relevant units and individuals to seriously coordinate and provide full information and documents for the verification Team to complete the task on schedule.
At the Conference, representatives of the verified units agreed with the content of the publication, the units and individuals were verified to develop reports, records, documents, and arrange relevant officials to coordinate and work when required, create favorable conditions for the verification team to fulfill the assigned tasks.
