Initial information, at about 8:50 p.m. on August 2, a motorbike with license plate 17AK-012.xx, driven by V.H.D (born in 2009), carrying H.B.D (born in 2009) and B.T.D (born in 2010), both residing in Quang Lich commune, Hung Yen province, was traveling on Vo Nguyen Giap street (Tra Ly ward).
When driving to Vo Nguyen Giap Street, due to not being able to control the speed, the motorbike driven by V.H.D crashed into an electric pole on the side of the road.
The collision caused H.B.D to die on the spot, V.H.D and B.T.D to be injured.
After receiving the report, the Traffic Police Department of Hung Yen Provincial Police arrived at the scene to regulate traffic and clarify the cause of the accident.
According to some people, at the time of the accident, the motorbike carrying 3 people without helmets was traveling at high speed on the road.
