The decision clearly states that the badge of a commercial vehicle for transportation issued by the Department of Construction of Bac Ninh province for vehicles will be revoked. The list of 30 vehicles whose transport business badges will be revoked is specifically as follows:
The decision clearly states that the badges granted to the above vehicles are no longer valid.
Within 10 days from the date of signing this Decision, the transport business unit must stop transport business activities for recalled cars and return the badge to the issuing agency as prescribed in Point c, Clause 11, Article 23 of Decree No. 158/2024/ND-CP.
The Department of Construction of Bac Ninh province assigned the Department of Transport and Traffic Safety to transfer the status of the "Revoked" badge on the Road Transport Management System of the Ministry of Construction for the above vehicles from the effective date of the Decision.
Truck badge is an important legal document required when doing business in automobile transportation ( considering trucks, trucks).
If a truck travels on the road without a vehicle badge, it may be fined.
According to regulations, the cases of reissuance of vehicle badges are as follows: The badge is no longer valid; The badge is lost or damaged; The badge has changed the owner of the vehicle or changed the transport business unit; The badge is revoked.
In case the badge is revoked, it is only allowed to request a reissue of the badge when the revocation period has expired.
