Procedures for granting a driver's license
Simplified content:
Reduced processing time from 7 working days to 4.5 working days (reduced by 2.5 working days).
Proposal to implement:
Amending and supplementing Article 19 of Circular No. 12/2025/TT-BCA dated February 28, 2025 of the Ministry of Public Security regulating the testing and issuance of driving licenses; issuance and use of international driving licenses.
Procedures for changing driving licenses
Simplified content:
Reduced processing time from 05 working days to 3.5 working days (reduced by 1.5 working days).
Proposal to implement:
Amending and supplementing Article 20 of Circular No. 12/2025/TT-BCA dated February 28, 2025 of the Ministry of Public Security regulating the testing and issuance of driving licenses; issuance and use of international driving licenses.
Procedures for reissuing driving licenses
