As Lao Dong Newspaper has reported, the project to invest in the construction of the AAC air-cured concrete brick factory of Vietnam Air-cured Concrete Joint Stock Company - was pointed out by the Phu Tho Provincial Inspectorate for many violations.
This project was granted an investment certificate in 2010, implemented in Dong Dau area, Co Tiet commune, Tam Nong district (now Van Xuan commune, Phu Tho province).
According to the inspection conclusion, this project is involved in many violations such as: Slow progress, inflating charter capital; arbitrarily changing project objectives; violations in the fields of: Land, construction, environmental protection, water resources.
On March 10, information to Lao Dong Newspaper, a representative of Vietnam Pressure Gas Concrete Joint Stock Company (the Company) said that after working with the Provincial Inspectorate, functional agencies, Van Xuan commune and the newspaper's reflection, the Company realized the shortcomings.
Therefore, the Company will strictly comply with the sanctioning decision of the functional agency. This is a lesson for the Company to review and learn from experience. From there, invest and produce and do business more orderly and meticulously.
The business representative also shared that the process of implementing the gas-pressure concrete brick factory project previously encountered many difficulties, leading to the progress and results not being as expected.
Therefore, the Company is proposing to Phu Tho province to allow the project's goal to be converted from a pneumatic concrete brick factory to the production of quartz stone powder.
The business hopes to be facilitated by the province, we will urgently complete the procedures and comply with the provisions of law, contribute to the local economy, and create jobs for workers" - a representative of the Company said.
Talking to reporters, Mr. Trieu Cong Hoan - Head of the Economic Department of Van Xuan commune said that the unit received a proposal to convert the project objectives from Vietnam Pressure Gas Concrete Joint Stock Company.
We will handle according to our authority, creating conditions for businesses from the perspective of complying with the provisions of law" - Mr. Hoan shared.
