Along with speeding up the installation of Smart Kiosks, medical examination and treatment facilities are stepping up the use of chip-embedded citizen identification cards for health insurance examination and treatment on the VneID application and deploying electronic medical records. There have been over 1.8 million updated data of people on the electronic health record platform, accounting for nearly 86% of the province's population.
Mr. Tran Quang Canh - Director of the Department of Health of Hai Duong province - requested the remaining hospitals in the industry to complete the installation of Smart Kiosks in March and increase cashless medical examination and treatment. At the same time, find solutions to overcome limitations of degraded, low-configurated and unsynchronized computer systems and internet; lack of IT human resources and funding for digital transformation is still difficult.
