Binh Duong allows change of land use purpose of 6,615 m2 for stone mining
The People's Committee of Binh Duong province has decided to allow a business to change the purpose of using 6,615 m2 of land to exploit minerals (construction stone).
Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee allowed An Tan Uyen Chemical Company Limited to convert the land use purpose, from agricultural land to land used for mineral exploitation activities. The area allowed to change land use purposes is 6,615 m2.

The land changed for purpose is located at plots of land No. 499, 500, map sheet No. 16, Thuong Tan commune, Bac Tan Uyen district.

Looking for cheap land under 50 million VND/m2 in the suburbs
Land prices under VND50 million/m2 are gradually becoming scarce in suburban districts.
Talking to Lao Dong, Mr. Le Thanh Trung (37 years old, a long-time land investor in Hanoi) informed that in early 2025, he was taken to see a 70 m2 plot of land in Hoai Duc district.

Hanoi seeks investors for a series of trillion-dong social housing projects
The Department of Construction is organizing the selection of investors to build social housing areas in Hoang Mai and Thanh Tri districts with a total investment of nearly 3,500 billion VND.
According to the announcement of the Hanoi Department of Construction, the project is being bid to select investors in the form of competition to implement the Southwest Kim Giang social housing area, at the CT6B, CT7 and CT8 plots of land in the Southwest Kim Giang I New Urban Area, Tan Trieu commune (Thanh Tri district) and Dai Kim ward (Hoang Mai district).

The project is expected to be implemented from 2025 to 2028, on a land area of about 49,704m2, with a total investment of nearly VND 3,478 billion. The operating period is 50 years from the date the investor is decided to allocate or lease land; the land allocation or lease term is in accordance with the provisions of the law on land.
