On September 23, Dong Nai City People's Committee just issued a decision to allocate land to Dong Nai City Land Fund Development Center for an area of 3,253,755m2 of land (more than 325ha) in Long Thanh ward for management, organizing land use right auctions to implement the Long Thanh Urban - Commercial - Service Area Project in Binh An commune and Long Thanh ward - Zone 2 (sub-zone E).
According to the decision, the above land has been certified by the People's Committee of Long Thanh ward to have completed the compensation, support and resettlement of the Long Thanh Urban - Commercial - Service Area Project in Binh An commune and Long Thanh ward - Zone 2 (sub-zone E).
It is known that the land plot is located near the Long Thanh airport project, which is being implemented and preparing to be put into commercial operation.
