The provincial Department of Finance has announced that it has invited investors interested in submitting applications to implement a social housing project on a 2.85-hectare plot of land in Tan Hoa ward, Bien Hoa city.
This social housing project has a total construction floor area of 167,683.8 m2 (including the tunnel area) of 22 floors and 1 tunnel, using 2 blocks to arrange public utility services, kindergartens, parking lots... to serve apartments, with a population of about 4,000 people.
The project has a total preliminary implementation cost of more than VND 2,000 billion, the current status of vacant land, no houses on the land. The entire area of the 2.85ha land plot is directly managed by the State.
The project aims to invest in the construction of social housing areas with technical infrastructure systems, social infrastructure, trees, complete and synchronous landscapes, meeting housing needs for subjects and conditions to enjoy housing support policies.
