The Phu Xuan residential area social housing construction investment project invested by Damsan Joint Stock Company is being implemented on a land area of nearly 1.3 hectares, with a total investment of 680 billion VND, belonging to the 20% land fund in the entire Phu Xuan urban area of 10.5 hectares.
The project includes two buildings with a scale of 15 floors above ground and 1 basement, with a total floor area of over 58,000m2, providing 546 social housing apartments and 36 commercial service apartments. The project is built synchronously with social infrastructure such as schools, cultural houses, sports areas, green parks, commercial - service, traffic systems and parking lots.
When completed, the project will meet the housing needs of about 1,800 people, mainly workers, laborers, low-income people, policy beneficiaries and young families, contributing to ensuring social security and promoting the development of civilized and modern urban areas.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Lai Van Hoan - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - emphasized: "The Phu Xuan residential social housing project is not only a social security project, but also an important milestone in the urban development journey for people, for the common prosperity of the province. This is a concrete demonstration of the major policy of the Party and State on developing social housing, especially in the context of Hung Yen implementing Resolution No. 201/2025/QH15 to pilot specific mechanisms and policies for developing social housing".
To ensure the progress and quality of the project, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested departments, branches, localities and investors to closely coordinate and promptly remove difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process; at the same time, request investors and contractors to highly focus resources, human resources, and equipment; strictly implement regulations on construction investment, technical standards; ensure labor safety, traffic safety and security and order in the construction area.
The representative of Damsan Joint Stock Company - The project investor expressed his honor to accompany the province in the social housing development program; at the same time, committed to constructing on schedule, ensuring quality, aesthetics and safety, striving to complete and put the project into use soon, contributing to realizing the goal of building Hung Yen province to develop quickly and sustainably.
At the ceremony, the leaders and representatives of the investor and contractor performed the button pressing ceremony to start the project, officially starting the construction phase of the social housing project in Phu Xuan residential area.
