On July 19, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province is publicly announcing the approved plan for auctioning land use rights to implement the Vung Ngan Complex project on Hon Tre island (Nha Trang ward).
Khanh Hoa province is expected to hold an auction in the third quarter of 2025. The Vung Ngan Complex Project is oriented to invest in building a modern urban complex, combining commercial and service works serving tourism, with a total investment of about VND 3,352 billion.
According to the approved detailed planning at a scale of 1/500, the land for the project has a total area of 587,419m2. Including the following items: Villa land 191,557m2 (32%), with 164 villas, construction density 40%, 4 floors high;
Social infrastructure land is 172,335m2 (29%), including an inter-level school with an area of 25,429m2, 4 floors high;
Land for tourism service works is 52,320m2 (nearly 9%) with 20 works 3-5 floors high; Parking land is 96,729m2 (16%); Traffic land is 74,475m2 (12%).
The land is located in a strategic location, bordering national defense land to the North; national defense land and ecological trees to the South; national defense land and forestry ecological land to the East; and Bai Suot Villa Area to the West.
The current status of the land is mainly dusty trees, vacant land and unused hills and mountains, managed by the State. According to the plan, the project will be implemented in 50 years, with the implementation progress from the fourth quarter of 2025 to the fourth quarter of 2029.
