Lai Chau Provincial People's Committee has just approved the starting price to organize a land use right auction for the Trade and Housing Area Project in Doan Ket ward. The total starting value of the project is more than 61.8 billion VND.
On July 23, according to PV's investigation, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee signed a decision approving the starting price to organize a land use right auction for the Lai Chau Commercial and Housing Area Project, belonging to group 8, Doan Ket ward.
According to the decision, the total starting price of the project is over 61.8 billion VND.
In which, the residential land area has an area of 12,743.6m2, with a starting price of 3.547 million VND/m2, equivalent to more than 45.2 billion VND. The commercial and service land area has an area of 2,409.2m2, with a starting price of 2.45 million VND/m2, with a total value of more than 5.9 billion VND.
In addition to the value of land use rights, assets attached to land are determined to be worth more than 10.73 billion VND. This is the basis for determining the total starting value of the entire project before putting it up for auction.
According to Lai Chau Provincial People's Committee, the decision was issued based on current legal regulations on land, property auctions and land prices.
The Lai Chau Trade and Housing Area project is located in the central area of Doan Ket ward, expected to contribute to completing urban infrastructure, developing commercial and service spaces and meeting housing needs. At the same time, attracting capable investors to participate in auctions, creating more resources for socio-economic development of the locality.
