On May 23, the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province said that a company in the field of investment and trading in real estate, construction and environmental products needs to survey and research social housing projects in the province.
Through a survey in Binh Thuan, this company hopes to propose investment in a social housing project that is an apartment building with 9 - 12 floors from a land fund managed by the State with a social housing plan and is included in the list of projects calling for investment of the province in Phuoc Hoi ward and Tan An ward, La Gi town.
The company committed that if the province approved the investment policy, it would immediately implement the project's related procedures.
Through the above proposal, leaders of relevant departments and branches of Binh Thuan province discussed and clarified a number of contents on the location and scale of the expected area, investment idea as well as the feasibility of the project.
